How to Use
•Unwrap the napkin. Remove the paper on the backside of the pad and place it on your panty. •Remove the release paper from the wings. Wrap the wings around both sides of the panty and press firmly. •Before disposing of the pad in a dustbin, wrap it in the paper. •Do not dispose of the pad in a toilet or flush it as it may clog.

Previously it was good. Nowadays the adhesive is too strong. The plastic sticks on the panty and doesn't come out easily. I am disappointed. I am using it for many years.

gives rashes and is made with plastic which can be absorbed in our bodies! Idk why they can't use good materials for hygiene products and it isn't that absorbing as well so people with really heavy flow can avoid this!
