Ajwain Buttermilk is also called Mor Kozhambhu in Tamil. Mor means buttermilk. Ajwain Buttermilk can be taken with hot cooked rice. It is good for digestion. It is a tasty and spicy dish.

Steps

Step 1 :

Add turmeric powder and salt to sour buttermilk.

Step 2 :

Cut and boil lady's finger.

Step 3 :

Mix coconut paste with buttermilk.

Step 4 :

Heat oil in a pan. Fry mustard seeds, ajwain.

Step 5 :

Now pour buttermilk mixture and cooked lady's finger allow it to boil for 2 minutes. Ajwain buttermilk is ready.
