Steps
Step 1 :
Soak all the chopped nuts in pineapple juice for 2 hours.
Step 2 :
Mix all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar in a big bowl.
Step 3 :
Strain the soaked dry fruits and keep aside.
Step 4 :
Add 1 tablespoon of all purpose flour in it and mix well.
Step 5 :
Now add curd and oil in flour mixture.
Step 6 :
Slowly add coke in the mixture so that no lumps formed.
Step 7 :
Add the floured nuts in the mixture and mix well.
Step 8 :
Grease the aluminium mould and pour the batter in it.
Step 9 :
Pre heat the oven at 150 degree for 10 minutes.
Step 10 :
Bake the cake for 40 minutes in oven at 150 degree.
Step 11 :
It would rise almost 1.5 times to its actual size.
Step 12 :
Take out when it clears the tester check.
Step 13 :
Let it be cool and then demould it.
Step 14 :
Garnish with almonds and anything you want to. Cut in slices and serve.
