Step 1 :
Take a cheese cake mould, make a base of crushed Oreo cookies, keep aside.
Step 2 :
Dissolve gelatin in water. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
Step 3 :
Warm this mixture on gas till gelatin melts completely.
Step 4 :
Add this to strawberry crush, mix well, keep aside.
Step 5 :
Whip up the cream cheese till smooth, add whipped cream and strawberry crush mixture, fold it well.
Step 6 :
Pour this mixture over the Oreo base, level and smoothen the cheesecake mix.
Step 7 :
Refrigerate till set, approximately 5 to 6 hours in freezer.
Step 8 :
Decorate with strawberry slices.
Step 9 :
Unmould the cheese cake and serve cold.
