Russian style dinner for your loved ones. Traditional recipe has beef as the main ingredient, here I have used chicken instead.

Step 1 :
Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder over the chicken breast, rub well over all surfaces .
Step 2 :
Also sprinkle flour and spread well across the surface.
Step 3 :
Heat olive oil/butter in a pan and saute the steak till golden brown.
Step 4 :
Remove and cut the steak into thin strips.
Step 5 :
Now add onions and mushroom to the same pan.
Step 6 :
Keep sauteing while you add flour.
Step 7 :
Add the chicken strips and then the stock, cook for 30 minutes.
Step 8 :
Add seasoning if you want. Pour in the cream and serve hot stroganoff over cooked pasta or rice
