Step 1 :
Heat a pan and dry roast the shahi jeera, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon sticks, mace and nutmeg put the ingredients in the blender and make a fine paste.
Step 2 :
Heat oil in a pan add mutton and fry them in the oil.
Step 3 :
Add onions slices and salt cook it for 10 minutes, add ginger garlic paste and saute it.
Step 4 :
Add coriander powder, chilly paste/powder, curd, tomatoes, mint chopped, coriander chopped and put the lid on and cook it for 30 minutes in a slow flame untill the meat becomes tender.
Step 5 :
Now add mince meat and garam masala cook it for 20 minutes, then switch off the flame.
