This is a very easy salad to make, tasty beetroots with creamy goat's cheese.

Step 1 :
Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Step 2 :
Bake the beetroots at 180 degrees for ± 2 hours until they are cooked. Allow them to cool thoroughly.
Step 3 :
Peel the beetroots and slice them thinly. Remember to wear plastic gloves to avoid getting red hands.
Step 4 :
Peel the oranges and remove the white pith too. Cut the skin from the sections so that you only use the flesh.
Step 5 :
Arrange the corn salad, beetroots and orange sections on the plates and drizzle with vinaigrette.
Step 6 :
Crumble the goat's cheese over the salad.
Step 7 :
Season to taste with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper.
