Step 1 :
Take only the soft part of cabbage, chop it into small pieces. Then take a kadai pour water in it and the chopped cabbage (make sure cabbage is completely drown in the water), turn on the gas.
Step 2 :
Boil the cabbage in an open kadai( don't keep a lid onto it), keep on stirring it so that the cabbage could be cooked evenly.
Step 3 :
Meanwhile chop the dry fruits into small pieces.
Step 4 :
After the cabbage has been cooked, check if it becomes very soft, after that turn off the gas.
Step 5 :
Then take out the cabbage in a sieve wash it with normal water. After that turn on the gas and keep the milk in an utensil add the chopped cashew, almonds, raisins, chironji, saffron into the milk, stir it.
Step 6 :
Drain all the water from cabbage, add it into the milk, keep the flame low, keep stirring it until it gets thick.
Step 7 :
After that add the sugar, stir it well. Keep boiling the milk until it gets quite thick.
Step 8 :
At last sprinkle some cinnamon onto it.
