Step 1 : For Schezwan Sauce
Boil the tomatoes in a pan. Peel them and grind them. Sieve the puree.
Step 2 :
Add 2 tablespoon oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic cloves in it. Keep stirring on low flame till they turn golden.
Step 3 :
Add tomato puree in it. Keep stirring for 5 minutes. Add salt and chilli powder in it.
Step 4 :
Now add chopped red chillies in it. At last, add vinegar and soya sauce in it. Keep stirring for 5 minutes more. Let it be cool down.
Step 5 :
Now chop the potatoes. Deep fry it in oil. In a separate pan, add one tablespoon oil, add chopped onions in this and Keep stirring until they turn golden.
Step 6 :
Now add chopped beans and capsicum. Keep stirring it for 2 to 3 minutes more. Now add salt, chilli powder and soya sauce in it.
Step 7 :
Then add vinegar in it. At last, add 4 to 5 tbsp schezwan sauce in it. Keep stirring it for 3 to 4 minutes more.
Step 8 :
Off the flame. Serve it with chilli vinegar, mustard sauce and schezwan sauce.
