Dates Barfi is a healthy, nutritional sweet dish and can be had by sweet lovers who are diabetic.

Method

Step 1 :

Heat ghee in a pan and roast dry nuts till brown and keep it aside.

Step 2 :

Now add two spoons ghee and fry dates for 5 mins in low flame.

Step 3 :

Now add roasted dry nuts in dates mixture. Saute it for 5 min.

Step 4 :

Now make small balls or wrap it in a silver foil paper and freeze it for 2hrs

Step 5 :

After 2hrs, unwrap and slice it.
