Step 1 :

Knead a dough of kuttu ka atta with salt, milk and bit of water and leave it aside for 5 minutes.

Step 2 :

Now grate paneer and carrots in a pan and add nicely chopped green chillies in it. Add salt and pepper in the mixture.

Step 3 :

Take a deep frying pan and put oil for frying in it and let it get heated.

Step 4 :

Now make 2 poories, lay one and fill it with the mixture of paneer and carrot on it and cover it with another poori. Lock the sides with a fork.

Step 5 :

Put the poori in the pan for frying. Fry it till it turns to light golden. Fry all the poories.

Step 6 :

After cooling, cut it into 2 pieces and serve hot.

Step 7 :

Pockets go really well with imli chutney and pudina chutney.
