It's a snack recipe, which is easy to cook and prepared with lots of healthy ingredients like carrot, oats and methi. It can also be stored in a cool dry place for about 10 days.

Step 1 :

Grind quick cooking oats in a mixer or grinder to a fine flour.

Step 2 :

Add salt, asafoetida, ajwain roasted cumin seeds and oil and mix well.

Step 3 :

knead the mixture to not very soft dough.

Step 4 :

Take all the veggies in another bowl, add little salt and chilies.

Step 5 :

Make medium size balls from the dough and make a big roti from it.

Step 6 :

Spread a thin layer of the veggies mixture on the top of the roti and roll the roti to make a cylinder like shape and secure it at the end, so that it does not open.

Step 7 :

With the help of knife cut the pieces of about 1 width from the roll.

Step 8 :

Brush the rolls lightly with oil and put in a preheated air fryer for about 8 to 10 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Step 9 :

Serve the crispy delight with ketchup/ chutney.
