Steps for Marinate

Step 1 :

Marinate your chicken with Ginger garlic paste, chicken masala, garam masala, black pepper powder, curd, turmeric, red chilli powder, kasuri methi, coriander powder and salt as per taste.

Step 2 :

Mix it well and leave the marinate for at least 45 to 60 minutes.

Steps for Frying

Step 1 :

Once your marinated chicken is ready after approx 1 hour, Take a pan and put Butter, than goes in the black pepper seeds, cloves and cardamom pods and stir it for a minute.

Step 2 :

Than add marinated chicken and stir it for at least 2 to 3minutes on high heat and than cover the pan for few minutes and lower the heat.

Step 3 :

In 5 to 7 minutes chicken would complete release the water and all you need to do is stir fry in high heat and let the water dry up. It should only take approx 5 to 6 minutes and your Dry Butter chicken is ready to serve
