Steps

Step 1 :

Melt the butter in pan, add jeera, chopped onion and saute for few second till aromatic.

Step 2 :

Add blended ginger garlic paste till the raw aroma goes away.

Step 3 :

Add little water and add crushed cashew nut, crushed chillis and salt as per the taste.

Step 4 :

Add coconut milk and keep on stirring in medium flame for few minutes.

Step 5 :

Add fried paneer and simmer till the gravy thicken a bit.

Step 6 :

Sprinkle garam masala, dalchini, kasuri methi over it and give a gentle stir.
