Steps

Step 1 :

Take a big bowl add all the flours, salt, veggies, all masala and mix well with a big spoon add water to get a medium consistency mix well slowly to get a medium consistency.

Step 2 :

Add little oil so that it binds the flours well leave it covered for 5 minutes. Take a non stick tawa when hot, put one tablespoon oil pour the mixture with a big spoon circulate the batter clockwise.

Step 3 :

Spread it to get a desired medium round shape wait for 1 minute on lower flame turn the side so that it gets cooked press lightly all over with a wooden spatula.

Step 4 :

After 2 minutes again flip it when it's evenly brown take it out on a plate serve it with coriander mint chutney and sauce.
