Steps

Step 1 :

Take oil in a pan and heat it. Add curry leaves.

Step 2 :

Add jeera, let it splutter then add chilli Powder.

Step 3 :

Add thinly sliced onions, fry till translucent color. Then add cauliflower with a pinch of turmeric.

Step 4 :

Add salt to it and cover the lid of the pan. Cook till cauliflower become soft (Approx 15 mins).

Step 5 :

Once it is cooked, switch off the flame and let it cool.

Step 6 :

Then in a separate bowl, whisk curd, coriander Powder, black salt all together with half cup water.

Step 7 :

Add the curd mixture to cauliflower and switch on the flame, wait till it boils for 5 mins.

Step 8 :

Serve hot with plain white rice.
