Cooking Steps

Steps for Capsicum Dhaniya Rice

Step 1 :

Initially cut capsicum into small pieces and deep fry them in oil until they turn light brown and put it aside.

Step 2 :

Fry the cashews and keep it aside. Cook 1 glass of rice and put it aside let it cool down.

Step 3 : For Powder

In a blender add roasted groundnut, dhaniya and red mirchi and salt as required and blend it to fine powder.

Step 4 :

After the powder gets ready put a kadai add 3 tablespoons oil and 3 tablespoons ghee fry this powder for just 1 minutes and switch off the stove.

Step 5 :

After that add the cooked rice stir it and add fried capsicum and cashew and stir well. If needed can add salt garnish with coriander.
