Lusciously thick and rich broccoli soup without cream, butter and milk.

Steps for Healthy Broccoli Soup

Step 1 :

Heat a pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and fry onions for 2 minutes.

Step 2 :

Then add garlic, green chili, broccoli, cashews and salt and fry for 2 minutes.

Step 3 :

Add the vegetable stock/water cover the lid cook for another 3 4 minutes.

Step 4 :

Remove from the stove and allow it cool.

Step 5 :

In food processor or blender, puree soup until smooth. Return to pan and heat through.
