Steps for Vegeterian Egg Curry

Step 1 : For Egg

knead the paneer, add maida, salt, sugar, cardamom powder and make four balls. knead the khoya, add two drops of saffron colour, turmeric powder and mix properly, add salt for taste and make small four balls.

Step 2 :

Now take the paneer balls into the hand, spread it little with maida in hand and put khoya balls and close it. Give the shape like egg to the paneer ball. Make four Egg balls with paneer and khoya.

Step 3 :

Now make a paste of corn flour and deep all four paneer eggs into it. Heat the oil into the kadai and fry four paneer eggs. After frying, cut the ball into halves and keep aside.

Step 4 : For Gravy

Take Tomato, onion, curd, coriander powder, chilli powder put in the mixture and make a paste.

Step 5 :

Heat the oil in the kadai, add tejpatta/bay leaf. Now add the paste in to the oil and add turmeric powder fry it properly. Add salt, sugar then add some water.

Step 6 :

After a boil add garam masala and add all the paneer egg balls into the gravy. Serve with Pulao or paratha.
