Step 1 :

Soak urad dal and raw rice for 6 hours. Grind into thick n leave it to ferment overnight.

Step 2 :

Soak urad dal and raw rice for 6 hours. Grind into thick and leave it to ferment overnight.

Step 3 :

Next morning mix it well by adding salt to taste. Heat a non stick pan, brush it with little oil.

Step 4 :

Spread the batter evenly top it up with chopped onion, green chilly bits and coriander.
