Cooking Steps

Ingredients

Step 1 :

Heat oil in a kadhai and add the cumin seeds.

Step 2 :

When the seeds begin to crackle, add the onion - spices puree.

Step 3 :

Add the ginger garlic paste and turmeric, cook on low flame till the raw smell of onion and garlic goes.

Step 4 :

Add the tomato puree, salt and raisins and cook on low flame for 5 - 7 minutes.

Step 5 :

Add milk, cardamom powder and garam masala cook for 5 minutes.

Step 6 :

Dice the paneer into small cubes and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 7 :

Add cream and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 8 :

Remove from flame and garnish with cumin powder.

Step 9 : For Serving

Serve hot with roti or naan.
