Step 1 :
Add 1 tbsp. olive oil to a non-stick pan that is on medium heat. Add garlic, basil and homemade tomato puree. Mix for 2-3 minutes.
Step 2 :
Add salt, pasta seasoning (optional) and grated cheese and mix for 1 minute.
Step 3 :
Add pasta (macaroni) to the pasta sauce and mix slowly for 2 minutes. Pasta is ready.
Step 4 : Garnishing
Transfer to the serving plate or bowl and garnish with the remaining grated cheese. Top it with a basil leaf.
