This gajar chutney is a mixture of sour, sweet, salty and spicy flavors. Have it with rice or roti for a delightful experience.

Step 1 :

In a vessel put few drops of oil and put the cut pieces of gajar, coriander leaves, tomato, green chillies and tamarind.

Step 2 :

Cook them on low flame. let it cool down and put all of them in a mixer with salt, hing and grind to a paste.

Step 3 :

Finally put tadka with few drops of oil and mustard seeds.
