Step 1 :

Mash the boiled potatoes. Add the boiled green peas, chopped onions, green chillies, ginger, coriander powder, black pepper powder, jeera, coriander leaves and salt.

Step 2 :

Mix all the ingredients. The stuffing for the rolls is ready. Take a slice of bread. Wet its sides by slightly dipping them in a little salted water. Place the stuffing at the centre of the bread.

Step 3 :

Roll the bread over the stuffing and seal the ends. Follow this procedure for the other slices too. Heat oil in a kadhai on medium flame. Deep fry the rolls till golden brown.

Step 4 : For Serving

Serve them hot and crispy with green chutney and tomato sauce.

Step 1 :

Put all the ingredients in a grinder. Run the grinder for a few minutes till you get the desired consistency. The green chutney is ready to be served.
