Steps

Step 1 :

Take a pan, take some ghee,let it get warm.Put atta, get it little of pink colour, take out in plate

Step 2 :

Apply little ghee in another plate (use steel only) with your finger, take remaining ghee in clean pan,let ghee get warm. Add jaggery stir fast add atta, mix quickly (if you keep on pan for more time, it will become hard)

Step 3 :

Apply ghee on steel bowl

Step 4 :

Keeping it upside down (keep it ready before) Take out mixing of wheat flour and jagerry in the steel plate, spread fast and press with steel bowl. Make cuts or shape as desired.Take out pieces, when the spread gets absolutely cool down
