Steps

Step 1 :

Boil chicken with turmeric powder, Ginger & garlic paste, salt and chilli powder. Once it is done add curd, gram flour and rice flour.

Step 2 :

Mix it well till flour and curd coated well with chicken. Add red colour if required and mix well again. Keep it in freezer for half an hour to one hour.

Step 3 :

Heat oil in a pan fry chicken legs till turns dark red. Squeeze lemon Juice on top. Same method we can use for fish also.
