Rawa Tomato-Onion Utaapa

This is a perfect and healthy breakfast or tea time snacks!!

Steps

Step 1 :

Mix rawa with curd and water to make a batter of medium consistency; not too thin or thick; consistency should be such that can be easily spread on a non stick tawa.

Step 2 :

Add salt as per taste

Step 3 :

Add 1 eno sachet in the batter and mix in right circular motion

Step 4 :

Heat a non stick tawa or pan and add 1 teaspoon ghee or oil

Step 5 :

Put one dollop of batter on the pan and spread in circular motion from center towards the edges

Step 6 :

Sprinkle small quantity of chopped onion, tomato and chilli on the batter

Step 7 :

Pour some more ghee/oil in the pan and slowly turn the uttapa upside down as done for omlette

Step 8 :

Let it cook for a minute

Step 9 : Serving

Take out the uttapa from the pan and serve with mustard sauce/ green chutney/ coconut chutney
