Step 1 :

Boil 3 cups of grated potato. Add salt, both the cheeses, lemon juice and Italian herbs. Blend all nicely. Add egg or curd.

Step 2 :

Grease the doughnut tray and put it on 200 degree Celsius for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve hot.
