Appam or Appe is originally south indian recipe. It is very tasty, but is very heavy for digestion as it is made from Urad Dal. So, if we make Appe with Rawa (Sooji), it will be very useful light and tasty breakfast. Rawa is soaked in Buttermilk to add taste and to make it very light.
