Steps

Step 1 :

Boil potatoes, peel, mash and keep them aside.

Step 2 :

In bowl, add singhare ka atta, rajgire ka atta, sendha namak, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, ghee, finely chopped green chilies, and add mashed boiled potatoes.

Step 3 :

Mix all the ingredients well and then knead a soft dough.

Step 4 :

Now, take a tawa and add a little oil/ghee and take a small ball from the kneaded dough.

Step 5 :

Spread the ball in hands to make a small roti.

Step 6 :

With hands just spread evenly and make a roti and place it on the tawa.

Step 7 :

Shallow fry it with ghee.

Step 8 : Serving

Serve with boiled fried potatoes and dahi.
