Cooking Steps for Channa Masala

Step 1 :

First boil the soaked chana with little salt (don't throw the water as it will use for gravy). Put a pan on gas and Pour 3 tsp oil.

Step 2 :

When it will hit tempered with mustard, jeera and curry leaves. Than add tomato. Cover with a lid for 3/4 mins to bring it into a tender stage.

Step 3 :

Than add turmeric powder and chilli powder mix it well. Now pour the greated ginger and fry for 2 mins. After that add garam masala and sabji masala.

Step 4 :

Now its time to add the boiled chana along with water. Dont throw the boiled water because its having a greate test which makes the gravy more delicious.

Step 5 :

Add more salt if required and mix well. Let it cook for 5 mins with all so that the gravy will insert into chana.

Step 6 : For Serving

Now serve into a plate and serve with chopped coriander leaves.
