Ingredients

1 teaspoon Olive Oil 1 to 2 Onion Chopped

Chopped Tomato 3-4 Chopped Garlic

Chopped Coriander Leaves 2-3 Green Chillies

4 to 5 Eggs 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder

1 teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder

1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

Cooking Steps

Steps

Step 1 :

Heat olive oil in a frying pan or kadai, add finely chopped garlic and onion to it. Saute it for a few seconds.

Step 2 :

Meanwhile, whisk eggs in a bowl and add 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, salt, and coriander powder. Stir well.

Step 3 :

Add finely chopped tomato and green chillies. Add the egg mixture to the frying and stir till the mixture blends.

Step 4 :

After few minutes chop coriander leaves and add it to the pan along with turmeric powder and stir once again.

Step 5 :

Keep stirring the mixture till the egg cooks well and solidifies. Ensure it doesn't stick to the pan.

Step 6 :

Serve it hot garnished with coriander leaves. Eat it with bread or chapati along with tomato ketchup.
