Cooking Steps for Kerala Mutton Curry

Step 1 :

Grind together the coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder and whole spices with a little water.

Step 2 :

Heat oil in a pressure cooker and saute onion, ginger and garlic till soft and translucent.

Step 3 :

Add the ground masala and fry for 5-10 minutes, then add the mutton, potatoes, tomatoes, curry leaves and salt. Fry for another 5 minutes, mix the Maggi Coconut Milk powder in the warm water and add to the mutton.

Step 4 :

Cook for 8-10 minutes after the first whistle. Serve hot with steamed rice or Parottas.
