Sabudana Wada is a traditional deep fried snack. It is often served with spicy green chutney and along with hot chai.

Cooking Steps for Sabudana Wada

Step 1 :

Soak sabudana in enough water for 4 hrs or overnight.

Step 2 :

Peel boiled potatoes and mash them. Roast peanuts, remove skin and coarsely grind them.

Step 3 :

Mix sabudana, mashed potatoes, green chillies, salt, red chilli powder and ground peanuts.

Step 4 :

Make patties of this mix and deep fry them. Serve them hot with sweet curd.
