Step 1 :
Heat butter in a pan. Add chicken pieces & fry till golden brown. Add all powdered spices & saute for a few minutes.
Step 2 :
Mix the Bhuna Masala & water together in a bowl & add to the chicken. Bring to a boil & cook for 15 minutes or till chicken is done, then add 2 tbsp cream & simmer for 2 minutes.
Step 3 :
Serve garnished with the remaining cream, ginger juliennes, coriander leaves and green chillies.
