Cooking Steps for Dum Alu

Step 1 :

Deep fry the potatoes till golden brown. Heat ghee in a karahi, add 2 slit green chillies, all powdered spices & fry for half a minute. Add fried potatoes & mix well.

Step 2 :

Add curd & cook for 5 minutes. Mix Bhuna Masala & water together in a bowl & add to potatoes. Bring to a boil & simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 3 :

Add cream & mix for 1-2 minutes before taking off the flame. Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
