Cooking Steps for Murgh Korma

Step 1 :

Heat ghee in a karahi, add green chillies, all powdered spices & fry for half a minute. Add the chicken & fry for 10 minutes.

Step 2 :

Add the curd and cook for 5 minutes. Mix the Bhuna Masala & remaining water together in a bowl & add to the chicken. Bring to a boil & simmer till chicken is done (15 minutes).

Step 3 :

Serve garnished with coriander leaves & ginger juliennes.
