Made this Paneer dish, With chopped vegetables, spices, curd and milk, w/o onion garlic. The taste was tangy and mildly spicy. Tasted really good. A dish for home chefs who love to cook but find it tough cooking fancy dishes.

Method

Step 1 :

Chop vegetables cauliflower, beans, carrot and capsicum, finely chop ginger and green chillies and cut paneer in small cubes.

Step 2 :

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, chopped green chillies and ginger. Fry till raw smell of ginger fades and add vegetables, salt and turmeric powder.

Step 3 :

when vegetables get cooked , add cumin powder, chilli powder and garam masala powder and Stir for some time.

Step 4 :

Add curd and milk. No water required. Simmer and add paneer cubes stir for another 1-2 min.

Step 5 :

And the curry can be served hot with chapatis or paratha.
