These Creamy Sandwiches are a perfect low calorie option for kids and grown-ups which is easy to make and a good option for Breakfast, Snacks or Lunch/ Dinner.

Method

Step 1 :

Mix curd, finely chopped Green chillies, Coriander and salt. Red chilli powder, Coriander and Cumin seed powder is optional.

Step 2 :

Spread the mixture on a slice of bread, cover it with other slice. Place a thin slice of onion in between, if required for added flavour.

Step 3 :

Toast it on a skillet/ Tawa or a Toaster. Enjoy the creamy Sandwiches with Tomato Ketchup or Green Chutney.
