Method

Step 1 :

Heat oil in a flat pan and subsequently add cumin and wait for it to popple. After that add onions and let it turn translucent.

Step 2 :

Add tomatoes and wait for the entire mixture to get mixed. Add turmeric, red chilli powder, paav bhaaji masala and saute for 5-6 minutes on medium flame.

Step 3 :

Add the cubed brown bread slices and mix well for about 8-12 minutes on medium flame.

Step 4 :

Add crushed nylon sev and mix well on the gas for about 2 minutes.

Step 5 :

Add coriander and mix well.

For Serving

Step 1 :

Once the mixture is ready, grate the cheese and top it on the mixture before allowing it to cool down.

Step 2 :

Your dish is ready to be served hot and fresh.
