Strawberry Sheera is a sheera (halwa) with a unique flavour and is a healthy delicious sweet.

Method
Step 1 :
Grind the strawberries and keep the juice aside (you can also use strawberry pulp).
Step 2 :
Heat the olive oil in a non stick kadhai,lower the flame and add 1 cup rawa and mix well till the rawa turns light brown in colour for about 6 - 8 minutes.
Step 3 :
Add sugar, cashew nuts, almond and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes.
Step 4 :
Add milk and strawberry juice and cook for 5 minutes, stir continuously.
Step 5 :
Serve immediately garnished with either strawberries or dry fruits. You can add varieties of juices to make unique flavoured Sheera like orange, pineapple.
