Sprouted Quinoa Salad

Quinoa is the wonder grain from the Amazon area. Will provide the quinoa body with nutrition and anti-oxidants

Method

Step 1 :

Soak 1 a cup of quinoa in 3 cups of water for 8-10 hours or overnight. The quinoa should double in volume and get lighter.

Step 2 :

Remove quinoa from water and spread them in a tray. Leave for another 10-12 hours until they sprout.

Step 3 :

If in a hurry, you may skip the sprouting process and boil them after soaking overnight. The best results though, are when you sprout the quinoa

Step 4 :

Mix all the vegetables, then add olive oil,oregano, rosemary and dill.

Step 5 :

Make a dressing of dill, lime juice, salt and black pepper.

For Serving

Step 1 :

Sprinkle with grated coconut and walnuts.
