Caesar Salad

This fresh and green leafy salad is a blend of taste and health. Have it on the go or make this crunchy salad your main meal of the day.

Method

Step 1 :

Cut the bread into small croutons. Add olive oil & salt to it and mix well. Either bake or toss in low flame till the croutons are golden brown.

Step 2 :

Rub chicken breasts with olive oil and sprinkle salt & pepper. Place the chicken on a pan (medium heat) and cook both sides, for 5 min each.

Step 3 :

Crush the garlic, to it add the grated cheese, mayonnaise and vinegar to prepare the dressing.

Step 4 :

Tear lettuce into large pieces and put in a large bowl.

Step 5 :

Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips and scatter over the leaves, along with the croutons.

Step 6 :

Add the dressing and toss well.

Step 7 :

Sprinkle the Parmesan on top and your crunchy salad is ready to serve.
