Chicken Spring Rolls

Prepare delicious crispy spring rolls at home and savor the taste of these Chinese appetizers.

Method

Step 1 :

Cook the noodles and chicken pieces separately and keep it aside.

Step 2 :

Heat oil in a pan and add spring onion.

Step 3 :

Add all veggies and stir fry for 4-5 min.

Step 4 :

Add pepper, soya sauce and keep stirring.

Step 5 :

Add cooked noodles and salt to it.

Step 6 :

Keep on stirring when it is done, keep aside for cooling.

Step 7 :

Make a paste with corn flour and water.

Step 8 :

Apply the paste on the edges of the wrapper, stuff the veggie noodles, chicken pieces and gently roll it.

Step 9 :

Heat oil and deep fry the rolls till it becomes crisp and golden.

Step 10 :

Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve with your favorite sauce/dip.
