Method
Step 1 :
Chop capsicum, coriander leaves & tomato and keep aside.
Step 2 :
Heat some oil in a frying pan (on low flame) and add the fresh corn kernels.
Step 3 :
Saute for a minute and then add the chopped capsicum and tomato.
Step 4 :
Keep sauting while you add chilli flakes, garam masala and salt to it.
Step 5 :
Cook covered for another 5 mins.
Step 6 :
Add the chopped coriander leaves and the lime juice and mix well.
Step 7 :
Turn off the gas and let it cool, then add mayonnaise and mix well. Serve when its a little cooler.
