Crispy Tater Tots

Can we ever resist fried potatoes, more so when they are cripsy, buttery and so delicious!

Method

Step 1 :

Boil the potatoes

Step 2 :

Crush/grind the biscuits and add chilli powder and sesame seeds to form a fine sand like mixture.

Step 3 :

Peel the boiled potatoes and mash them into a fine thick paste.

Step 4 :

Add flour, corn flour, salt & herbed butter to it and blend well.

Step 5 :

Roll the mixture into small cylindrical shapes.

Step 6 :

Dip the tots into egg white and then roll them over the biscuit crumb mixture.

Step 7 :

Deep fry and serve hot with your favorite dip.
