Ingredients

For Chilli Guava Ice Cream

4 medium Ripe Guavas 2 tbsp Powdered Sugar

4 tbsp Condensed milk 150 ml Fresh cream

2 tbsp Milk powder 1 a pinch of Salt

1 a pinch of Red chilli powder

Cooking Steps

For Chilli Guava Ice Cream

Step 1 :

Deseed guavas and remove the skin. Transfer the cut pieces to a blender. Add powdered sugar, condensed milk, and milk powder to the blender and grind it into a smooth paste.

Step 2 :

Take fresh cream and whisk well until it forms a soft peak. Add guava paste in two batches and whisk them well.

Step 3 :

Transfer the contents into an airtight container and keep it in freezer overnight.

Step 4 :

Once chilled, scoop out the ice cream to a serving bowl and sprinkle salt and chilli powder over it. Serve immediately and enjoy.
