An ultra-rich and lovely green ice cream without any artificial colours!

Cooking Steps

Avocado Pistachio Ice Cream

Step 1 :

Crush about 25-30 pistachios with a mortar pestle.

Step 2 :

In a blender or mixer, blend together avocados, condensed milk, lime juice, lime zest and salt.

Step 3 :

Fold in crushed pistachios in the avocado mix.

Step 4 :

Whip chilled heavy cream with a hand whip or with an electric hand mixer/stand mixer in a chilled bowl until stiff peaks are formed.

Step 5 :

Gradually add the avocado mix to the whipped cream in batches, folding gently in between (to avoid knocking down the air in the whipped cream).

Step 6 :

Pour the mixture into an air-tight container and store in the freezer for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight. After that, your Avocado Pistachio Ice Cream is ready!
