Light, flaky tilapia perfectly seared in butter and paired with a crisp cucumber–radish relish for a refreshing, restaurant-style dinner in minutes.

Cooking Steps

Tilapia with Cucumber Relish

Step 1 :

Wash and chop cucumber and radish. In a small bowl combine cucumber and radish cubes.

Step 2 :

In another small bowl, whisk the vinegar, oil, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper and sugar and pour the mixture over the radish and cucumber cubes. Toss and coat evenly.

Step 3 :

Combine paprika and remaining salt and pepper and sprinkle over the fillet.

Step 4 :

In a nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, melt the butter and add the fish fillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until the fish flakes easily with the fork.

Step 5 :

Serve with the cucumber relish.
