Cooking Steps

Vegan Sattvik Kulfi

Step 1 :

Soak cashews in almond milk for 2 hours and blend.

Step 2 :

Add in a pan with jaggery and almond flour on low heat, stirring continuously. It would thicken quick.

Step 3 :

Cook till custard like consistency.

Step 4 :

Turn off the heat and add rest of the ingredients, give a good mix.

Step 5 :

Pour in small matkas or kulfi moulds.

Step 6 :

Freeze and eat as is or demoulding the kulfis.
